Returns Policy

All Label Saloni products are handcrafted and made-to-order. Orders cannot be cancelled once confirmed. Returns are accepted only for damaged, defective, or incorrect items reported within 48 hours of delivery. To request a return, email your Order ID, clear product photos, and an unedited unboxing video to salonilabelinfo@gmail.com. Returns are not accepted for incorrect size selection, change of mind, or minor variations in colour, fabric, embroidery, or other handcrafted details. Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days after inspection.

Delivery Time: Once dispatched, delivery across India typically takes 3–7 business days. Shipping Charges: Free standard shipping within India. Order Tracking: Tracking details will be shared via email or SMS after dispatch. Address Changes: Requests to update your shipping address or contact details must be made within 24 hours of placing your order. Delivery Delays: Delivery timelines may vary due to courier delays, weather, festivals, or other unforeseen circumstances.
