All products sold by Label Saloni are handcrafted, and most are made-to-order. Slight variations in colour, embroidery, print placement, fabric texture, or finishing are a natural part of the handcrafted process and should not be considered defects.

All prices displayed on our website are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable GST unless otherwise stated. Full payment must be made at the time of placing an order. We reserve the right to update product prices, discontinue products, or correct pricing errors without prior notice.

Once an order is placed, production begins based on your selected size and design. Any request to modify your order, including size, address, or customization, must be made within 24 hours of placing the order. As our products are made specifically for each customer, confirmed orders cannot be cancelled.

We strive to process and deliver orders within the estimated timelines mentioned in our Shipping Policy. However, delivery dates are estimates only and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, public holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Returns, replacements, and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy. Returns are accepted only for damaged, defective, or incorrect products reported within the specified time frame, along with the required proof, including an unedited unboxing video.
