At Label Saloni, each outfit is made-to-order and handcrafted exclusively for you. We take great pride in creating custom garments tailored to your measurements, preferences, and design requirements.

Because of the personalized nature of our products, we do not offer refunds or returns once the production process has begun.

2. Order Cancellation

  • If you wish to cancel your order, please inform us within 24 hours of placing it by emailing salonilabelinfo@gmail.com.

  • Once your order has entered the production phase, it cannot be modified or cancelled under any circumstances.

  • Cancellations requested within the 24-hour window will be eligible for a full refund, which will be processed back to your original payment method within 7 business days.

3. Returns and Exchanges

Since all products are custom-made, we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as change of mind, incorrect size provided by the customer, or color variations due to screen display differences.

However, in the rare case that you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and order details.

  • After reviewing your request, we will determine the best possible solution, which may include an alteration or a remake of the product.

4. Refund Timeline

Approved refunds (for eligible cancellations or verified defects) will be credited to your account within 7 business days from the date of approval.
